Pasquale's Laurel, located at 303 N 16th Ave in Laurel, MS, pays homage to a cherished tradition of Italian cuisine that has delighted diners for decades. Under its current ownership, the restaurant has reclaimed its reputation with a menu that resonates well with both longtime patrons and newcomers alike.
Patrons rave about the new salad bar, which has elevated the dining experience beyond expectations. As Zach Glenn notes, the combination of excellent food and attentive staff truly stands out. The roast beef sandwiches are a nostalgic favorite, echoing flavors that many locals fondly remember from the original Pasquale's in Jackson. Customers like Barbara Johnston have made long trips just to relish in that familiar taste, evoking cherished memories of homemade Italian bread soaked in rich gravy.
The restaurant’s commitment to quality is apparent, as evidenced by Edwin Blue's routine visits for lunch three times a week. Most dishes come highly recommended, and while the salad bar charges are by weight, the quality justifies each penny. Whether you're passing through or a local resident, stopping by Pasquale's Laurel is a culinary nod to nostalgia and rich flavors that will surely leave you coming back for more.

This restaurant has its ups and downs over the years but the current owners have done a great job making it at least as good as ever. The new salad bar takes it over the top. The food and staff were great!

I eat here at least 3 times a week for lunch. Everything I have eaten here is really good. I love the salad bar. Just be warned you pay by the weight, which doesn't bother me because it's good. Do yourself a favor, stop by, and try something. You'll thank me later.

Just polished off 2 large roast beef sandwiches. Drove my family down from Jackson. Hot & delicious! It was great getting to experience a wonderful meal from my childhood. Very nice owner. Hope she can keep the last Pasquales in Mississippi going.

My wife and I drove an hour and a half to try them out. To our delight, the roast beef sandwich was just like it was at the Pasquale's in Jackson, MS, 50 years ago. We found this location had a family connection to the now closed Jackson restaurant and just had to take a chance. Our childhood memories of the homemade Italian bread with the roast beef and gravy came back to life. What a pleasant surprise to find it just as good as we remembered. We will for sure make another day trip back for more good eating.

I really like the “old school” feel of this place. If you like a good salad then look no further....there is a huge salad bar with lots and lots of options but when you fix this enormous salad and you get to the register with it then you get to place it on the scale and weigh it....you can create yourself a really expensive salad but I really do enjoy their salad bar. I’ve also tried the cheesy bread sticks, calzones and pizzas and all have been very good. The staff is always very friendly too. Pasquale’s is always an enjoyable dining experience!!

It a quaint little restaurant. All salad ingredients are fresh and tasty. The booths make you feel like your in your own quiet space. Entree's are delicious. Salad's however are sold by weight so if you're really hungry your salad may be more than you want to pay so I suggest ordering a entree and side salad. You will leave full, satisfied, and happy with your choice to stop at the restaurant.

Great food. Original recipes. Great staff, but short staffed due to Covid therefore having to close earlier than usual.
